In the back, in front of the rear wheels you will see a triangle shaped reinforcement just forward of the rear wheels. In the front, below the forward part of the door. Just as the frame becomes level.
There is a very good diagram in the service manual showing jacking points and stand/lift points.
Assuming you don't own a service manual.
Do yourself a huge favor. Purchase a genuine GM Manual.
Here is the image used in the 69 Owner's Manual. The frame is basically the same. Once I set the jack stands, I always add two more at the front of the car since there is a lot of weight on the nose of the car. I would rather have additional support to ensure that nothing can happen while I am crawling around under the car.
It's kind of awkward to get a C3 up on Jack stands. I would suggest a 5th jackstand under the front to keep the front end from drooping (which *could* crack aged or weak rear fender bonds (where they adhere to the birdcage).

On my '79, if I wasn't working on suspension, I put a set of ramps facing outwards for additional support. Seen it on Dave Kindig's show. Worked pretty slick.
