3 wiper issues
Sry my computer sucks that was supposed to sat "73" Hey Guys, I have a 73 corvette and my wipers don't move until i put a test light on the housing and they start moving but only jump up 2, 3 inches and go back down again.
Weird does anyone have a clue? and yes i said that correct when i take my test light and touch the housing it jumps like it wants to work? i'm not sure really how to test it does it have two grounds and one hot?
the center plug of the 3 has power. thx in advance
