Learn something new every day. I thought the L-46, LT-1, and L-82 blocks were the 4-bolt main blocks.
I guess the OP can look for any C3 Corvette small block, except from L-48 engine, to build an L-46 clone.

I'm not sure when the base Corvette engine went to 2 bolt mains. The '69 and '70 base ZQ3 engine had 4 bolt mains.

Maybe the 2 bolt mains came in when the compression dropped? No idea.

from my research engine block 3932386 for early 69 corvette came in 2 and 4 bolt main and was available from 68 to 74

They are 4 bolt. You have to go by the engine code not the casting number.
