Hi all and thanks in advance for your help!
Im considering selling my Vette and would like to get an understanding of its value. Could you recommend some of the better resources to try and price it? I have a rough idea and have done some googling but the results vary drastically, and I can’t find anything that’s a match for the year, mileage range, engine, etc.
There are all kinds of sources for offering 'valid' prices for vintage cars. And it's a good idea to review several of them to get some idea to start. But, there are many factors that come into play when evaluating a car. Location is most important, a demand is higher in a highly populated area and one in which its residents are more affluent, relative to less populated areas. Time of year is also important...especially for a Corvette. Spring and summer are better selling times; fall and winter are much poorer times to put a Corvette up for sale.
Most of these so-called 'sources' for pricing data don't take these factors into account, at all. So, just realize that what your ride may bring might be quite different from the values posted in some booklet or magazine. In the end, the person who purchases a specific car will determine its "worth" at that moment in time.
It's very simple check Ebay and Old car trader to see what they're selling for , because at the end of the day it's only worth what some will you in cash

Im not an expert but I look at Corvette prices almost everyday. In my opinion Corvette DNA is low and Hagerty is high. Bring a Trailer, again in my opinion, runs high. You can check SOLD listings on Ebay. Facebook Marketplace is something else to look at. The problem with all these sources is that it is challenging to determine the true condition of the vehicles while looking at on line pictures. This plus you cant drive them.
The more "average" your Corvette is, the easier it will be to determine a reasonable selling price. The more rare or specialized, the more difficult. Post info and pics of your car. Forum Members will give you an idea.

I agree that Corvette DNA is low but you can compensate by changing the vehicle condition and/or the mileage plus it lists in detail every option for that year some of which add value to the car.
