Body mount access. Random wires?

Body mount access. Random wires?
Im putting new body mount access panels on my 76 since they were missing. There was a body plug glued into the door jam. Behind that in the birdcage there are wires that are cut. One wire is attached to what appears to be a switch mount? What is this?

Body mount access panel's?? Number 3 body mount perhaps?
If so I'd say the door ajar switch wires.

Not on the A pillar
This is not on the A pillar where you would have your door switch or power window wires. This is on the bottom of the B pillar. Ill try a photo again. Tried when I wrote the post but it did not attach.
