Default Rally wheels.

I'm looking to change out my wheels. I have American racing on the car now but want to go back to Rally wheels. What should I be looking at for backspacing. I see 4 inch and 4,25 inch. I am looking at 15x8 all around. I might go with 15x7 for the front.

Thanks. I'm probably going to go with aftermarket wheels.

I also thought from everything I have seen for steel wheels it’s 8” wide 4” backspace which equates to -13mm offset.

The stock 15x8 rally wheels on my '69 are 4" backspacing FWIW.

8" all the way around. Find a used GM set. That way rings and caps will fit and not fall off.

Last year I purchased 2 from either Jegs or Summit for my MT's. they were the corvette rallye's from wheel vintiques I believe . 15x8 w/4" backspace. they look and fit great. only thing I had to do is order some hub centric rings for them as the center hole is bigger than the stock hubs.

I'm not about 100% originality so I went with chrome rally wheels to do away with the trim rings. Don't have to worry about trim ring wobble or falling off, they look great and are simple to clean. Just an option....

Great. Get the 17" version and fit modern tires.
