After being away from the C3 crowd for over two decades I am back. I just bought a 1971 C3 convertible that has had the entire drive train replaced with a more modern set up. Car came with both the hardtop and the soft top. The color is the same as my previous one which is Bridgehampton blue. The only thing I need to do is get rid of the rims and tires the previous owner had on it
, and get some rallies back on the car.
Congratulations and welcome back to the forum.
Beautiful car!
I agree Those wheels and tires need to go!
Too much bling!
Rallies are nice but there is a bunch of wheel and tire combinations that would look awesome against that blue.

Beautiful car! Got to agree with you those wheels and tires need to go. Do you have any idea what you will replace them with? An I too am a lover, follower a d servant of Jesus!
What suspension does it have? Did they swap in a newer frame? Give us your driving impression plz, after you've had a chance to thoroughly test it out.

So, it looks like they kept most of the suspension up front stock but with new bushings, shocks and power steering rack. The rear has all been replaced with new composite spring, bushings, trailing arms, new stock shocks, shafts, etc...
