if you want a fake one with made up info that you want then I can tell you where to get one. when you said copy I took it that you want one from GM from records that don't exists
As noted above several sources of window stickers. You may/may not have a "tank sticker" afixed to your top of your gas tank.
That tank sticker (or build sheet) contains information about options, dealer, etc needed to reproduce a window sticker that would replicate what originally came on your car.
Likely that tank sticker is aged or weathered to pretty much gone.
HOWEVER - as you have 1977 (and up) car - a "Shipper" document is available from GM Archives. Years ago it was gratis - now it is a nominal fee for a copy. See link below.
Shipper document contains option information, build date, dealer, etc that will have information allowing you to get a reproduction window sticker made.
