My 4 speed, 68, SB, 327 radiator looks to be leaking. But rather than replace it with another SB radiator, I think I would prefer the cooling capacity of a BB radiator. Other than possibly a different bottom hose, anything else need to be changed to fit the BB radiator? Mounts? Shroud?

Well, yes and no. 68 is a weird animal. The radiators were not necessarily BB vs SB , but were more AC vs non AC or Automatic. That is, at least early. CONFUSED? Lets put it this way. There were two basic radiator configurations, Aluminum and Copper. To change between the two, you would not only have to change radiators, but radiator supports and shrouds along with other things.
I also bought their brackets, SUM-380100, and modified them as necessary.
Had to modify my radiator support by removing the old lower brackets and also make myself a new upper "hold down" support. You can see it in my pics to the left.
Had to modify the lower hose outlet on the new radiator because it came too close to the sway bar. Lopped off about 3/4" and then had to make myself a new "ridge" so the hose wouldn't slip off. I just used a stainless steel clamp; made it fit flush around the lower pipe; removed the tightening clamp, and screwed it on with 3 stainless screws...and I had a ridge.
