Default WTF? Self-aligning or not?

Hey fellas,
So what's the deal. Supposedly these rocker arms are self aligning, but I don't see the "groove" that makes them self-aligning. Granted, I am a beginner at this car tech thing. What do y'all think?

yes they are self aligning. The roller portion is recessed so that it fits over the valve stem and is not allowed to slip off.

The "rails" on the roller tip keep the rocker centered and aligned on the tip of the valve.

If you're using self-algining rockers, I don't think it is recommended to use guides on the heads.
