For power windows, regulator assemblies and motors for in the doors and the switches for the console are available from Ecklers etc. Just add wiring and some way to close the hole in the door panels after you remove the crank.
For the heads GM Perf Parts Vortecs are the best value for a mild build up. You should change the cam too.

I don't know, cause I never tried it, but I thought if you used Vortec heads, you had to also go with a vortec intake manifold, something about the angle of the head/intake mating part is at a different angle or something.

I also have a 76. I just upgraded w/ a Edlebrock Performer RPM intake manifold and a Performer Series Carb. The power diff was amazing. That's not saying much considering the hammer mechanic that had the car before me had it running w/ riggers tape and gum.
