First off I'd like to say that my dad finally agreed to let me drive my car again!
But now to the problem. I always pump it once in the morning or whenever I initially start it. It gurgles a little but pretty much starts up pretty nice.
Now when I shut it off, no matter how much of a period of time it is off, i always have to pump it again. even if I shut the car off to get gas, If i don't pump it after the 5 minutes of it sitting it'll start up very sloppily and idle lower then it should and etc.
I just put a brand new carb and intake on it so I don't know why it does this. Is it normal to have to pump it nonstop?
(Ps when I do pump it nonstop it gives that "flooded carb start", you know the kind of start you get when your carb is partially flooded, it kind of chugs and then roars, its hard to explain.)
