I was thinking of replacing my stock '75 Vette speakers with some BOSE ones from a used Vette. I think the Bose speakers were used starting with the C4's. Go to the C4 Forum and post a thread about wanting some used speakers. I see them on ebay from time to time also.
I dont think you can use the Bose speakers from the C4 Vette. The bose head unit and speakers have to be installed together. I think that the Bose receiver only puts out 4-12 watts, and the speakers have an integrated amplifier built in each one. That means that a regular stereo cannot work with the Bose speakers because of the ampflier built in.
I have a 1986 C4 that I will have the Bose stereo replaced, and after searching on the Corvette Forum I learned that both the stereo and the speakers need replacing or esle the system will not work.

It's even worse than that. Bose builds in EQ to the speaker amps tailored for the specific car that the speaker is installed in so the speaker may not sound good in another car. You CAN get Bose speaker/amps to work with aftermarket heads by connecting the preamp outs of the aftermarket head to the speaker/amps inputs. It's a crapshoot to know which wires are + and - because the color coding is different on each one. I installed an aftermarket head in my son's 300ZX with a Bose system by replacing the front speakers with aftermarket units and sending the rear preamp outs of the head to the rear Bose speaker/amps. Worked fine. I think the Bose head only sends preamp-level signals to the speaker/amps.
