I have the short water pump, pulleys and accessory mounts. I have a set of headers for a 74 (mine is a 75, should work) and a Ron Johnson aluminum radiator. What else do I need? Should just bolt up at this point, right?

Yep.
Some guys change the front springs, some don't. If you want, heavier front sway bar (7/8) I think, rear sway (5/16") bar. Just add engine and tranny. Maybe a new hood too, depends. Don't know about the '75 hood. I bought new poly motor mounts since there was a different listing for SB & BB. $60/pr.
Oh, and seat belts.
Here's a usefull site I didn't find until after the fact:
For years I kept the small block springs and really liked them. I also kept the original small block sway bar. I also had a 75 and the swap was a bolt in deal. no problems at all.
Thanks guys, I wasnt sure about the motor mounts. It sits high in the front as it is so I'll keep the springs the way they are in hopes that it levels out, may already have big block springs from the look of it. This is gonna be sweet!
