Default Help Me ID engine block? Updated

I have a block, crank, rods and pistons I'd like to ID. The stamped numbers on the block are 12S253152 --- F0413CKB. The block casting number is 3970010 it is a 4 bolt main block. Anyone have the solution to this?
Thanks,
Bob

I understand the F0413CKB how about deciphering 12S253152. I have found about six different ways to decode it. I understand that

1=North America
2=Chevrolet
S=Plant of manufacture this is where it is not clear I find reference
to St Louis, MO and Arlington, Texas.

253152=the serial number

Any help out here? Thanks!

According to www.mortec.com, that casting number was used in the following configurations:

69 Z28 302, 4 bolt main
69 truck 327, 2 bolt main
69 - 80 350, 2/4 bolt main

Doesn't narrow it down too much. Maybe somebody can narrow it down via the stamped numbers....

From what I can see here is "F" = Flint Mi. Assy plant and from the CBK it is from 72-74 vintage.
This information was obtained from the following sites, good ones to bookmark.
