Steering Wheel Adjustment
My steering wheel is slightly off-center (the steering is fine and the alignment is fine...just the wheel is a little off). Can this be adjusted through the adjustment screw on the steering gear (it's a manual steering car)? Or, do I have to adjust the threads on the tie-rods?

Steering Wheel Adjustment
Jim Shea - Thanks for the information on how to adjust the steering. My car tracks straight, but the steering wheel is way off center and it drives me nuts to see it that way. I appreciate your thorough summaries.
