T-top adjustment?
OK, a prior post had me installing new weatherstripping on old glass t-tops. Installation went well. They do sit higher and were difficult to install without loosening up the 2 male adapters that slide into the roof center section. I then cranked it down hoping the new rubber would compress over time. ANyway, part 2 is that one of the tops seems to be positioned too far rearward. The rear portion of the t-top frame rubs against the rear roof area. Is there any type of adjustment to move this forward a little? I'm concerned that rubbing may cause a crack in the glass. The other top seems fine. I'm going to leave them as is for now without driving it for a week for the rubber to compress. Every two days or so I'll go out and crank the nuts down a little.
