Can someone tell me what they figure a rolling chassis would weigh and what the dimensions would be...minus drivetrain and gas tank...?

Mike, the bare frame weighs about 300lbs and is approx. 146 x 55 inches big. The rolling chassis wouldn't be any longer, maybe a bit wider with the wheels on, but they are tucked pretty close to the frame. The rolling weight would probably be in the neigbourhood of 1000lbs.

I'll try and check some measurements when I get home tonight ...
rolling chassis sitting in garage.

Mike - Is there anything bolted in front of the frame horns ?
You know - the extensions and "bat-wing" and bumper brackets ?

"no drive train" means no engine/trans, right ? I think 1000 pound
might be a little high, but better to err on the high side when estimating shipping costs.
I'd take the shipping scale home from work and weight it, but my motor
and tranny are in place.

Mike, with the wheels on, it would be about 27 or 28 inches at the tallest point.
