Callin my post nonsense

Cheap rotors are going to go away faster and probably be much more prone to developing defects and uneven wear due to inferior material/casting. If you accept replacing them constantly, they'll probably be fine for you. A top quality rotor properly broken in should last a long time, probably long enough to be cheaper overall.

Cheap rotors are good if they're constantly being chewed up replaced anyway.

With regards to wax, have no fear. I can't wax my car. Because it's got 50,000 cracks in the (original) paint!!!

Cheap NAPA rotors are made in the same Canadian foundy as Raybestos unless you get the really cheap Chinese ones. Because my C5 race pads ran almost $300 for the set, I went with the $32 each Canadian rotors. Imagine that! C5 brake rotors are cheaper than C5 pads, something is wrong with this picture!
