Ac/ Heater Problem
I Need Help. I Have A 73 Small Block And My A/c Will Not Work On High And Neither Will The Heater. I Replaced The High Speed Relay And The Blower Motor. Problem Wasn't Fixed. Any Help Would Be Appreciated...

I ran into the same thing. Replaced the same stuff without fixing the problem. Later, by accident, I noticed a wire was not connected on the wiper relay connector near the distributor. On mine there is a three wire connector and a two wire connector. Apparently, when I tried to plug in the two wire connector the first time I only connected one of the two wires. After I reconnected it properly, the high speed fan worked fine.

The high blower has a inline fuse that is seperate from the normal blower fuse under the dash. There should be a heavy gauge orange wire coming off of your horn relay and routed back to the firewall and across to the high blower relay. The fuse will be about 6" from the horn relay.
Just in case you didn't know, the horn relay is mounted inside the driver's side fender beside the washer bottle.
