Yes, pulses are doubled to 120 with a full wave bridge,
and yes that works out to 1800 rpm

Well I got my circuit board and sure enough when I installed it,It was workin'....WOOHOO
I just want to thanx everyone who helped me out,especially kilroy1024
If anyone wants my old board for repairs I will gladly give it away providing they pay the shipping cost.(should be 5 to 10 bucks)
