problems with heater core
1976 Stringray. I have had to replace the heater core about every two years.What I am finding is the body of the core,on both sides, is expanding outward and ripping open. 
Anyone here having the same problem? Also having problems with PS pump. I cannot get a good seal with the housing to the pump. Seems to be leaking around the o-ring area? Anybody having the same problem? Solutions? Thanks, Al.

Is there a valve in the heater hose? If yes, which hose (supply or return)?
