Does anyone know of a good web sight for Rochester carb adjusting. I am especially interested in the cold choke adjustments. My 80 runs very rich and over 2k rpm at cold start up.
I'm not aware of a web site specifically for what you're looking for but can offer the following suggestions:
www.corvettefaq.com look for a couple of papers by Lars
also in the forum tech threads. I think that there is a Lars paper there as well but don't recall much about the choke adjustment
What I would suggest is the Rochester book by Doug Roe. Perhaps more than you're looking for, but it does cover chokes fairly well.

If you drop me an e-mail request, I can send you my paper on Q-Jet Choke setup and adjustment. It covers step-by-step the setup for both divorced and integral choke systems:

Your paper nailed it on the setup and now mine works like it's supposed to.
