78 Strut and Trailing help
I have everything out of my backend, trailing arms, rear spring, differential, differential crossmember, strut rods fuel tank I mean everything complete rebuild. My question is I am ready to put back together and I think I read to don't tighten the strut rods or the trailing arms until the car is level or something like that.
Could someone give me some advice?

Yes, tighten the strut rod at the shock mount after a roll-out on the ground. Same with the trailing arm front bolt, 'tho I don't believe it's as critical. Also, the 4 leaf spring mounting bolts are torqued on the ground.
