Default Brits..need help

Anyone living near wakefield, west Yorkshire???? I need to have something shipped but the guy says it costs 118 pounds to ship (manifold) kinda rediculous...maybe someone lives close and we can work out a cheaper shipping method.

yes but the tunnel is connected to the french and we deny their existence and eithre way you still can't drive straight to GB, it's either the boat or the chunnel (channel tunnel) eurostar train

No hurry, where in germany? german post is much cheaper. the guy says the manifold weighs 30 kg but that's impossible, it's magnesium and can't be that heavy, however looking on the royal mail internet site I can't find anything to calculate the postage...or they don't do packages that big. He told me postage in the uK would be a whopping 30 pounds.
