Little Lights
i have a 77 and in the center console there is 4 spaces for lights one is low fuel, one blank, one for the seat belt, and one says Gen. is this light supposed to light up when you turn the key? and if it is what is the best way to start fixing it? just wondering.

It should be on when the ign is on but the engine not running or when your alternator is not charging. I would start with a volt meter and start checking, or try and change the bulb.
