Transverse Conversion Kit

I am looking at Vansteels Hi Performace Suspension System. I see they have the transverse conversion kit included. Can anyone tell me the advantages of this kit, if they like it or not and mabe some pics of how it mounts up? Does this completely eliminate the coils? Is it worth the money? Thank you.

That kit is great if you intend on auto-crossing your car. It allows for easy adjustment from street to track and back again when needed, and it does eliminate the coil springs. It's worth the money if you intend on serious competition and want to drive to and from the track. If this appeals to you, you need to consider the complementary rear spring setup also.

I installed the kit in the arly 90's and can say it was the biggest handling improvement to the car.

best suspension kit for the C3 imho...... here is a picture of it installed on my 76...... also it is fully adjustable for ride height and spring rate
