???????? My new MC had no foam seal. Are you referrring to a seal between the MC & booster?

That's what I was thinking, their should be no fluid anywhere, except inside. I haven't installed the new one yet, as I just got the parts for the hydroboost hoses, but the old one came off w/o any foam seals.
