I put aluminum foil balled up in the holes to protect them while I painted my heads well when I went to get one of the balled up aluminum foils out it fell down into the hole in the head I am showing above.(the big hole shown)
I saw it at first in there and tried with tweasers but that pushed it out of site.
then I tried my shop vac with tubing attached at the end.
then some odd tools wrapped in duct tape to try to grab onto it and pull it out.
Hey, what about the big plugs on each end of the heads...........can I take both of those out shoot air in one end and maybe it will come out the other end?
blow air into the hole that it fell into? that would just push it somewhere futher away.
OR do you mean blow compressed air into the ends of the head via the two end caps? that is what I am thinking of doing is removing those two end caps and blowing air through it maybe it will come out the other end. is that what your suggesting?
Listen to Gusto, do NOT leave that foil in there. I've never heard of using aluminum foil to mask. They have this tape you can use for that purpose. Hmm, what do they call it? Oh yeah, masking tape. You might want to pick some up for your next painting project. The heads do look good though.
