Brake pads?
A thread I remember from a while back seemed to agree that organic pads are best for the street and don't eat rotors. Which pads have you guys had luck with that didn't produce much dust? I pulled my wheel trim parts last night, and the steel wheels are filthy. I'm putting aluminum wheels on soon (I just need to get my tires swapped), so I'd like to fix the dust problem. All suggestions appreciated.

I am running organic pads and am pretty hard on them for a street car. The ceramics are good for racing but I would stick with the organics. They will all produce some dust. Just clean them. Dust means they are working.

I switched from organic to metalic and immediately noticed the rotors taking a beating. In that first hard stop organic will match metalic which is usually all you need on the street.
I switched back to organic and went with Wagner, the high end set at about $40 CDN per end.
My rotors cost alot more then replacing pads every couple of years and the rotors last forever.
