Default open exhaust question

going to get sidepipes hooked up tomorrow at 7:30 am

i have removed all the exhaust work from the catalytic converter back
so all that is left is y-pipe and section that runs through the cross member.
supposed to be pretty cool here in NJ tomorrow AM so what i need to know "is it ok to run the car about 3 miles this way to the exhaust shop?"

thanks in advance

Other than the noise police you shouldn't have any problems. An open exhaust over a long period of time could result in a slightly leaner engine.
