Default Monoleaf Spring

I am buying a used monoleaf fiberglass spring. It is pretty new but came off a 81 vette, I have a 76, it is a flexlite, that is all the info for now. Anyone know if i can expect the spring to fit?

If it came off an 81, most likely it has the same shape as a TRW. These have a very smooth ride but do require a longer spring bolt to get the rear ride height correct. This may cause interference with the inside sidewall of your rear tires. I fixed this by using 3/16" spacers on my rear wheels to move the wheels out a bit.

I'd recommend that you install new shocks with this spring. KYB-Gr2s from VB work best for me.
