Replace it with a known good unit and see if the problem corrects itself?

So how do i test the relay to see if the relay itself is shorting out or if it is somewhere in the system- not necessarily the relay?
Pull that fuse for a week and make sure that is the problem....you might have numerous culprits...if the battery stays up enuf to start the car after a couple of days you're good...ummmmm....do you have a lot of corvette thieves in Utah?

My battery drain was caused by the horn button. The horn was unplugged when I bought the car. When I plugged it in, the horn stayed on. The button was always making contact, draining the battery.
