Got FlowMasters 40 Series too.....love setting off car alarms in parking garages and in the street too. It's just their way of saying HI to the ole' Vette as it passes by....
Was thinking of changing to Dynamax....but decided to stay with FM for now....

MagnaFlow or FlowMaster, by the post it seems to be a split. I had duals put on mine, but at the time no headers or good mufflers.
Did they mount the mufflers in the original location and do they require the cross over pipe?

Magnaflows are rustproof, Flowmasters will RUST! and break down way sooner. My friend had a Flowmaster on his car that didn't last 3 years while Magnaflows will go over 100K miles. The magnaflow is a "direct bolt on" while Flows will have to be done by some Felon at a muffler shop.
