Default Camshaft for 76?

I know this has been discussed 100 times, but I need to do it one more time. First of all, here is what I have: 350, 8.5:1 compression, headers, side pipes, edelbrock performer manifold, 650 holley carb, and thats about it. Now here is what I am looking at.

1.) The guy at summit recommended their cam. mid range, lift 214/224 (.442/.465) and duration 272/282. With this cam i wouldnt have to do new springs and rockers. But i want about the most aggressive i can get with 8.5/1 comp. cam number sum k 1103

2.) Lunati recommended a good midrange cam: lift 219/227 (.486/.489) and duration 262/268, number 60102 LK; but what else would I need to upgrade?

Does anyone know about the quality of the summit cams? If the Lunati cam is not too much of a cam I might look into a summit cam of the same specs. Let me know what yall think

With the 272 duration cam if you have an auto consider a
converter with a mild increase in stall, if you have a stick I see
no problem with the 272 cam but it would work better with 9.5
to 10.0 cmp. with your 8.5 a little less duration would work better.

Your stock heads are I think have around 76 cc combustion chambers
a head with 64cc would help a lot, do you know if you have the
thicker composit head gasket or the .015 steal shim gasket.

I still have the steel gasket under the heads. The lobe seperation on the 272/282 is 112 degrees. How much would 64cc heads increase my compression?

I have been looking at some new heads as well. I believe the 64cc heads would put my compression up to just over 10:1. That way I could run the larger cam. You know anything about the quality of the summit cams?
