Differential lube?
Where I can buy the GM spec lube for our differentials online?
Or does everyone just use the synthetic now?

You can get it at any GM dealer, at the parts department. Sallee Chevrolet and gmpartsdirect.com probably have it too.

I just had mine rebuilt and it came back dry. The guy mentioned adding a mineral-based 80/90 wt lube along with a friction midifier. Are the two bottles shown at Vansteel (SG 34 & SG 35) exactly that or is that too easy?

All you need are 2 bottles of GM additive( if stock posi) and any 90 wt gear oil.

3 years ago:
- One bottle of GM Posi
- Fill with Mobil 1 gear
Been trouble and noise free since. Very nice "cocktail"...
