i haven't taken the time to read the other posts so if these answers are repeats than I'm sorry but based on what you have listed as changed out to new parts I'd than suggest checking the following items:

** first, if you say you can notice the radiator hoses collapsing that will cause a restriction in the coolant flow which will definitely cause an issue. I'd first get new correct hoses and replace them.
If that doesn't solve the problem here are others things to check.

1. are all the proper radiator seals in place? These are very important
2. airdam in place?
3. New fanblade? check to make sure it's not mounted backwards. Also, is it a stock fanblade or one of the flexfans? The flexfans don't work as well.
4. Check your timing - too retarded or or advanced will make the motor run hot
5. check your fuel/air mixture - a too lean condition will make you run hot

last, the radiator. You mentioned it's only 1.5 years old. is it the same cooling capacity of the stock unot at least. These cars were borderline on cooling capacity to begin with so anything less cooling abilities will cause problems. Is the new radiator a brass/copper unit or an aluminum unit. The aluminum radiators offer approx 30% greater cooling capacity than the stock b/c units.

Put the thermostat back in! You cannot run without one or it positively will overheat. use at least a 180, but a 195 is prefered.

You must have the T stat in or a blanking sleeve. The coolant isn't circulating properly.
