Off-idle miss...
It's more noticable as the car gets warmer. From a stop, as I begin to give the engine some gas, it acts like a cylinder or two begin to miss. Once I get past about 1500 rpm, it cleans out and runs fine for the rest of the power band.
I don't know if it's a coincidence, but the car got really low on gas right before it began again.
The q-jet was professionally rebuilt two years ago, and seems to work fine.
I'm wondering if maybe it's some sort of vacuum porting issue...doesn't ported vacuum do something right around that rpm?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
