Based upon what I can see, it looks okay to me. Typical Corvette. What puzzles me is what looks like a spacer on the spring mount bolt. What's up with that?

Frame looks good - usual surface corosion but no holes. There is a spacer on your spring mount bolt that someone has put there to change the rear ride height - the rear spring may be sagging, so they used a spacer to raise the rear.
i have requested more pictures of the frame where the traling are meets and some pictures of the birdcage. I will post them when i get them (I am told it will be late tonight).

That broken tire carrier looks like it's from a tow. Happened to mine when I had a rear wheel bearing go south and had the car towed home. (prior to sliding bed tow trucks) That was one of my first fiberglass repair projects. The damage looked just the same.
I have an extra tub that is better than that one, Not perfect, but cheap. The V-strap took more hits than the tub, so I have separated them. Got NOS pieces off of ebay for my car, but I'm not sure that I can use them either. Fairly steep driveway.

Do you have any pic's of behind both rear wheels where the trailing arms connect and the frame kicks up? This is a spot where a lot of rust trouble is found. Other wise it looks pretty good.
