Hopefully an easy question...
We weren't able to get a fuel filter in the line between the mechanical pump and the new Demon 750.
It is OK to put a filter between the tank and the pump?
If yes, any suggestions on location?

There's plenty of room to put a filter between the pump and the carb with a Speed Demon - have you checked out my papers on how to do this? I'll e-mail them to you (with photos) if you want them - send me a request to:

You should avoid running a filter on the suction side of the pump - there is a good reason the manufacturers always run filters on the pressure side.
