Hurst T-Handle question

No, I have the stock shifter from the factory with the lift up reverse lock out. I want to put a Hurst t-handle on my shifter. What i need to know is what size thread do i need to put on my shifter

I have a Hurst T-handle on my '80. I have the round white Hurst ball that came with the shifter at work. I can check the thread tomorrow and get back to you if you don't already have the answer by then.

The handle should come with a set of thread adapters. I just measured my stock shifter on my '78. It measured .545" dia - 18. I'm guessing that it works out to a 9/16-18 thread but it's closer to a 35/64th so I don't know what threads are offered.

Yes get the Universal Fit 153-0019 brushed finish or chrome 153-0032 with the different thread adapters and use the one that fits your shifter lever.
