70 headlight washer nozzels
The nozzles are simple to remove from the bezel. the hole they go into are"D" shaped so they will locate themselves. The bezel can be tricky to remove depending on which one you have.
The early bezel has the lower washer mounted on the flat horizontal bottom edge. This one is more difficult to remove.
From the rear of the bezel ;
First remove the 2 hoses fron the washer nozzle end .
You will then have to remove the nut from the lower washer nozzle and remove the washer. If you don't remove the lower nozzle, there won't be enough clearence for the nozzle nipple to claer the front of the headlight opening.
From the front of the bezel
remove the 2 side screws and the 2 upper screws. Then the bezel will come off.
If you have the later design bezel You will notice that both nozzles are on the vertical between the light openings. Eliminating the interference of the poor first designs lower location.This later design made it much easier to remove the bezel.
From the rear of the bezel:
Remove the 2 hoses.
From the front of the bezel
Remove the 2 side mounting screws and the 2 top mount screws.
Bezel is free.

Thanks again.
71 as well as some late 70 had the hoses running from the pump and tied off up front. There were cars with bezels with either hole location. Cars with one of each, cars with holes in one bezel and none in the other. Bezels with holes no nozzles. Sure GM couldn't wait to be done with the inventory on that wonderful system!!
