Glove Box Question...
Does anyone know what the part is called that is attached to the dash panel and the glove box latch catches on to lock? (1978 Ann. Ed.)
I have looked through my Ecklers and C.A catalogs & can't figure it out. A place to buy it would also be appreciated.

how funny! just last month a fellow forum member ( ill let him identify himself ) who has his own corvette business sold me one for 5 bucks! i have searched for this part for the whole 5 yrs. ive had my vette! the only way i could get one was to buy a used dash at carlisle for 500 $ thanks again to him and this forum. justaguy, glad you had better luck tham i did.
