A 350ci/350hp should have a Rochestor MV4 carb with a part # of 7029207 and as far as the difference, maybe the jet size, Lars could tell you on that. The carb for a 350ci/300hp would have a # of 7029202(automatic) or 7029203 (manual)
70-Prefix code
2 -Decade produced
9 - year, 1969
2 -Quadrajet, 4bbl Federal standards
0 -Chevy
7 -Transmission, odd #, manual transmission

The 1969 carb uses a divorced choke. Integral choke carbs were not used until 1975. Unless you buy a 1975+ carb, it will use the manifold-mounted choke system.
