Done it many times with the std Fel Pro blues. Cometic markets theirs as being able to reuse,,,and then of course copper ones are re-used all the time.

Theres a solid core wire under the S/S armor, there will be no problems with combustion seal leakage. Next the coolant sealing beads and gasket body, in good shape, they will be ok to reuse.

With those fasteners you'd probably wear out the threaded holes in the block before issues with stretch. As long as you follow torque specs.
