I'm 6'4" and in my
mostly stock C3 using C5 seats, I still have 2" before my head hit the t-top. With the C3 seats I had 3" clearance.
Some tall people have average torso's and long legs, some tall people have average leg length and long torso's, depends.

it's not headroom in a stock car (although I had a problem there mainly because I used a power seat on a non power floor, making you sit much higher), it's the roll cage.
