I'm going with the S/S lines. When I talked to Pattie on the phone today she worked out a good deal for me. Hopefully my stuff will be in next week and I can start re-installing everything. Which leads me to my next thread.

SS lines are a pain to work with compared to steel lines...Gary is right on the money on this account...getting the fittings to tighten and not leak is also more work.

on my '37 ford hot rod i bought some parts to put '39 juice brakes on the car and the parts came with 1/4" SS lines....i am dreading the bending and fitting of these.

I didn't have any problems tweaking or seating my S/S lines when I installed them 8 years ago. YMMV.

Just get a good hand bender and it won't be so bad.
