My goal is to rebuild my original block. I have been speaking with Duke on and off concerning building a stock but strong motor. I have a TH400 with a 3:08 rearend. I am building a stock 350/300 69 engine with a SCR targeted at 9.75:1 with the 3896929 cam 4 degrees retarded, speedpro 10cc dished pistons, 3947041 heads now at 63cc, pocket ported with the exhaust and intake manifold matched to reduce any restrictions. I will still have the AIR system but plan to remove the tubes that are inside the exhaust manifold.
I need to purchase a date correct 7029202 Quad and have it rebuilt. What jets would you recommend, your recommendation on a rebuilder or do you have time to rebuild it? As I will be breaking the engine in with this carb I want to make sure it is right and matched to the engine.
Any help would be appreciated.

Jet the carb to its stock specs for the carb number as a starting point - this will get you very close to final setup. Do final tuning based on what the engine needs from there.
