Default Grease Fitting Location

I performed the first Oil/Filter change and greased the front end fittings since buying the car a little over a year ago. Is there a diagram someplace to show the location of the fittings. I got all that I could see, but want to be sure I got them all.

I have a 71 big block with power steering and AC.

Should be in the shop manual,
Upper and lower ball joints = 4
both Tie Rod ends, both sides = 4
Idler arm = 1
PS valve = 1
PS Cylindar = 1

I think thats all of them

U joints = 6 maybe

Shop manual will have the locations. Buy one if you don't have one; no Corvette owner should be without it. [Have you really driven it for a year without an oil change?]

If you have a manual transmission, there's one on the z-bar.

The previous owner changed it before I bought it (it's somebody I know so I believe this was done). I only put about 1000 miles on it last summer. Considering the mileage, should the oil be changed more often?

Organic oils will degrade with time while open to air (like sitting stagnant in your engine's oil pan). Synthetic oils don't really have that problem. I chose to change [organic] oil every six months minimum, because of that (2000+ miles per year); but I recently changed to synthetic oil for that very reason. That should extend my oil change time to once a year (unless I increase the miles).

Good point. What's the opinion about organic/synthetic blends?
