This would happen to me as well. I also remember reading post on here from the past stating a similar situation. I never really knew why, so I rebuilt the entire powersteering system. Finally I have no drips.

A recent thread on power steering caps someone stated that the cap was supposed to breathe to relieve pressure and allow it in when necesary. Perhaps a faulty cap is allowing it to build up pressure too much and finally releasing it once a week. Just a guess

If you grease the valve be sure not to use more then ONE pump. Too much grease is very bad. Big warning on new valves not to overgrease. Remember ONE PUMP
